How Guidewise uses information needed to operate the store, support customers and fulfil digital orders.
Who is responsible for the store
Guidewise is operated by Saubhagya Samridhi, 1282, Sector 29, Faridabad, Haryana 121008, India. GSTIN: 06AATPW8582G1ZR. Privacy, support and grievance enquiries can be sent to contactus@guidewise.shop or +91-9250040441.
Information used for orders
When you use checkout or place an order, the store may process your first and last name, email address, country/region, billing information, products selected, order value, payment status, download permissions and related order records. Additional billing information may be required where needed for tax, invoicing, fraud prevention or the enabled payment method.
Why we use this information
We use order information to operate checkout, maintain the customer's order, reconcile payment status, provide digital download permissions, send transactional order messages, respond to support and refund requests, prevent abuse, maintain business records and meet legal, accounting, tax or dispute-handling obligations.
Payments
Enabled payment method currently shown by WooCommerce: Pay securely with Razorpay. When a payment provider is enabled, that provider may receive information necessary to process, authenticate, prevent fraud, refund or otherwise administer the payment under its own terms and privacy practices. Guidewise support should never be sent full payment-card numbers, passwords or verification codes.
Transactional email
WooCommerce generates order and support-related transactional messages. In the current Guidewise setup, those messages are sent through the website/domain hosting mail infrastructure. If a separate transactional-email provider is enabled later, this policy should be updated to identify that provider where required.
Hosting, security and technical logs
The hosting and security infrastructure used for Guidewise may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, requested URLs, timestamps and security/server logs to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. The current hosting environment uses MilesWeb infrastructure and host-level security tooling including BitNinja.
Cookies and session information
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies or similar browser storage needed for site operation, cart and checkout sessions, security and preferences. The Guidewise plugin does not add advertising pixels or marketing-tracking scripts. Optional analytics or marketing tools must be reviewed and disclosed before they are enabled.
Retention
Order, invoice, tax, support, refund and complaint records may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil purchases, meet accounting and tax obligations, prevent fraud, handle disputes and comply with law. WooCommerce also provides configurable retention/anonymisation settings for order records. Guidewise should not erase records that must be retained for a legal, tax, accounting or dispute purpose.
Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that are necessary to host, secure, send transactional messages, process enabled payments or otherwise operate the store. We do not sell customer personal information to advertisers.
Your requests
Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or otherwise make a request about personal information, contact contactus@guidewise.shop. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain information where law requires or permits it.
Effective date
24 September 2026. This policy should be reviewed whenever a new payment, analytics, marketing, email or other data-processing service is enabled.
