Guidewise sells downloadable digital guides. The product page states the title, displayed price, intended scope and included files. Please review those details before placing an order. An order is not treated as successfully paid merely because a payment attempt was started.

Guidewise displays product prices in USD. Our pricing policy is to keep the displayed product price as the customer-facing Guidewise price. Applicable taxes, where charged by Guidewise, are intended to be handled within that displayed price according to the store tax configuration and applicable law. A customer's bank, card issuer or other financial service may separately impose currency-conversion, cross-border or other charges outside Guidewise. Where required, invoices may include Guidewise seller details, GSTIN, place-of-supply information and applicable tax treatment.

Enabled payment method currently shown by WooCommerce: Pay securely with Razorpay. Guidewise will not release downloadable-product access merely because a customer reaches a success-looking browser page; download permission is intended to follow the successful order status recorded by WooCommerce.

When WooCommerce grants download permission after confirmed payment, download access is intended to be provided through the secure order confirmation page. Keep the payment-confirmation email for its secure purchase-access link and order reference. File access is subject to the download settings stated for the product and store.

Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use or internal business activities. You may download and print the PDF and edit an included Excel workbook for that permitted use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly upload or commercially distribute the original files or modified copies without written permission from Guidewise. Purchasing does not transfer ownership of the underlying content.
