1 · Find a guide
Browse all guides or use search, categories, price filters and sorting on the store page. Open a product to see who it is designed for, the main sections covered, the number of PDF pages and whether an Excel workbook is included.
2 · Review before you buy
Check the product description, included files, price and important information. Choose a resource that matches the task you are trying to organize. The guides are general resources and do not replace professional advice where your circumstances require it.
3 · Use a single guest checkout
Select Buy PDF to go directly to checkout. You can add other guides or remove unwanted items before payment. Guidewise is designed for guest checkout, so no customer login or signup is required. First name, last name, email and country/region are required; additional billing details may be requested when needed for tax, invoicing, fraud prevention or the payment method.
4 · Digital delivery
Download permission is intended to be granted only after WooCommerce records a successful payment. When access is granted, download access is available on the secure order confirmation page. The payment-confirmation email links back to that secure purchase page rather than exposing direct file URLs. Guidewise does not send large PDF or Excel files as email attachments.
5 · If a download fails
Email contactus@guidewise.shop with your order number, purchase email, guide title and the error you see. Our general support response target is 24–72 business hours. We aim to resolve a confirmed failed delivery within 7–10 business days. If we cannot deliver the purchased files, we aim to initiate the applicable refund within that service target, subject to any shorter mandatory legal deadline.
