Provide your order number, checkout email address, guide title and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full card details.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"gw-info-section\">\n<h2>How we resolve a download problem<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>We will verify the order and investigate the download link, file and access permissions. We will try to restore access or provide a working replacement. If we cannot deliver the purchased files, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method where supported, or another lawful method if necessary. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"gw-info-section\">\n<h2>After successful delivery<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>A change of mind after working download access has been provided does not automatically qualify for a discretionary refund. This does not exclude any cancellation, defect, misdescription or other remedy that applicable consumer law requires.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"gw-info-section\">\n<h2>Digital products only<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>Guidewise does not ship physical products. You do not need to return packaging or pay return postage.
